I had a reformer Pilates class with Michelle and absolutely loved it! Such a lovely studio, great reformers and a really nice, relaxed atmosphere. Michelle is super friendly and explains everything clearly and calmly. I had a great workout and definitely felt like I’d done something afterwards 😊
What I loved most was that it really felt like a little moment for myself. I left feeling happy and energised. I would definitely book another class when I’m in the area again. Highly recommended!

Michelle es una maravillosa profesora, motivando todos los días y haciendo que cada clase sea un desafío, pero muy divertido

I've been loving these Pilates classes! The sessions fly by because Michelle makes them so much fun while still keeping them challenging. I've noticed such a big improvement in my strength and I'm gaining muscle much faster than I expected.
What I really appreciate is that everything is tailored to me. Michelle adapts the exercises to my level and goals, so I always feel supported and challenged in the right way. I genuinely look forward to every class and couldn't recommend them more!
